For a friendly relationship to last, it must be built and maintained with care. Solid friendship is built on such qualities as trust, loyalty, sincerity, acceptance, and affection. Friendship is a bridge between two people, a bridge built on trust. One can open up to someone who understands him. A friend who is loyal and will never leave you in time of need.  A friend that will always be on each other’s side every time he needed him. Friendship is a special relationship, and like any other relationship, it needs care and affection. By giving affection, friends show they care for one another. Doing things for each other is one way to show affection.

I will be joining the annual motorcycle racing Olympics and I will have to buy traffic cones that I will be using for the said event. There will be a lot of riders that will join the prestigious affair. My friends and I will be the main facilitator of the program and we will need a lot of warning flags and traffic barricade . Racing is one of the best experiences that a person could do and also a good exercise for the mind and body. Exercise is a necessity for health and well being for the purpose of improving physical fitness.

Although we are active in many ways, we tend to be physically inactive because we are tempted to ride rather than to walk. We few regular exercises we can make ourselves physically fit. This is done slowly and rhythmically, stretching gracefully as far as possible. It would be better if you exercise with music. We encourage other people out there to find time to exercise so that they will be sure to have a perfect posture and good health maintenance. I am so excited with the upcoming event and we are making a lot of preparation just to make sure that it will turn out to be a success. There will be a lot of surprise gifts to be given away.
